Jonathan Hill

Jonathan Hill, MAIR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the EMC Business Unit at AMETEK since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Director and Business Partner at Nortek Air Solutions, LLC, as well as various positions at Nortek and Xerox spanning over a decade, where responsibilities included strategic HR management, total rewards, and operations. Jonathan began a career in human resources with roles at Tektronix, AlliedSignal (now Honeywell), and The Pillsbury Company. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
