Lea Cosenza

Lea Cosenza, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Structural Engineer at David Chou & Associates, Inc. for a year. In 2008, they joined Silman and served as a Senior Engineer until 2016. During their time at Silman, they gained significant expertise in the field. In 2016, Lea joined The Harman Group, now IMEG, where they started as a Project Manager and later transitioned into the role of Associate. In 2019, they became the NY Office Director/Associate, and then in 2022, they took on the role of Principal/Project Executive. Currently, Lea holds the position of a Client Executive/Principal at The Harman Group, now IMEG. In addition to their engineering career, they also serve as the Director of Special Events at AMFP - Association of Medical Facility Professionals NYC Chapter, joining in 2022.

Lea Cosenza, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Lea further pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Structural Engineering from Villanova University from 2006 to 2009. In 2020, they obtained the certification of Professional Engineer (PE) from the Maryland Department of Labor. Currently, Lea is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Villanova University, anticipated to be completed in 2023.
