Marcelo Pacheco de Mattos

Marcelo Pacheco de Mattos has a significant work experience background. Marcelo began their career in 2002 as an Intern at USIMINAS. Later, they joined Deloitte as an Audit Manager and worked there for ten years from September 2002 to June 2012.

In 2012, Marcelo joined AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V., where they held several roles. Marcelo started as a Controller until April 2015. Then, they became a Finance Manager overseeing the accountant, tax, planning, and treasury departments until May 2017. After that, Marcelo served as a General Finance Manager responsible for the entire finance area of the Brazilian operation until August 2022. Currently, they are the Finance Director of AMG Brasil S. A., where they manage all aspects of finance and legal areas.

Marcelo Pacheco de Mattos holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from PUC Minas, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they obtained another Bachelor's degree, this time in Business Administration, from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. Marcelo completed their elementary and high school education at Colégio Loyola from 1985 to 1997.
