Jane Neal has extensive work experience in the steel industry. Jane started their career in 1989 at Weirton Steel Corp. as a Research Engineer/Project Manager and worked there until 2001. Jane then became the Director of WEIRTEC at Weirton Steel from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they joined Roll Coater Inc. as the Weirton Quality Manager from 2003 to 2007, and later became the Weirton Plant Manager from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Nucor Steel as a Technical Services Metallurgist and worked there until 2011. Since 2011, they have been working at AMG Vanadium LLC, initially as the Sales Manager from 2011 to 2012, and then as the Plant Manager. Additionally, they hold the role of Senior Vice President at AMG Vanadium LLC.
