Lawrence King

Lawrence King, P.E., LEEP AP, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in HVAC and utility management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Amgen since June 2018, Lawrence previously held the role of HVAC Manager at Providence College for one year and has a significant tenure at Amgen beginning in March 2005. Prior to this, Lawrence worked as a Department Manager at Thielsch Engineering, overseeing an engineering services group, and as a Senior Utility Engineer at Toray Plastics America, where responsibilities included managing crucial plant utility systems. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Thielsch Engineering and First Assistant Engineer at American Hawaiian Cruises. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and is currently pursuing graduate courses in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Rhode Island.
