Marco Benthem

Marco Benthem is an Executive Director of Regional Supply Chain EMEA at Amgen, with extensive experience leading supply chain operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond since September 2005. Currently responsible for the Integrated Business Planning Process and E2E Value Chain Optimization, Marco oversees demand planning, lifecycle management, customer experience, distribution, and warehousing. Prior roles include Director of Global Product Planning, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end demand and supply planning, and Director of Supply Chain - Global Network Planning, focusing on integrating supply requirements across Amgen’s manufacturing network. Marco holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology and has previous experience as a Parcel Delivery Driver at TNT Post.
