Tania Horst

Tania Horst, CPA, is an experienced finance and accounting professional currently serving as the Human Resources (Global Mobility) Manager at Amgen since December 2017. In this role, Tania is responsible for developing an automated cross-border remote work approval process and managing permanent global role movements, while addressing immigration and corporate tax risks. Prior to Amgen, Tania worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Catalina Marketing, where responsibilities included annual budget and strategic planning. Tania began their career at CohnReznick LLP, contributing as a Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate in one of the nation's largest accounting firms. Tania holds a Master of Accountancy in Audit and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Georgia.
