Dustin Foley

Dustin Foley is an experienced property operations professional with a strong background in managing residential properties. Currently serving as the Director of Property Operations (Carolinas) at AMH since March 2022, Dustin oversees rehabilitation projects in the Triad territory of North Carolina. Previously, as District Manager at AMH from June 2020 to January 2022, Dustin managed a portfolio of over 2,000 single-family rental homes across North and South Carolina. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Property Manager at Covenant Property Services, managing a multifamily portfolio of up to 1,700 units, and various roles in property management at David Drye Company and PRG Real Estate Management. Dustin holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and completed education at Triad Real Estate School.
