Jack Day

Jack Day is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Manager at AMH since August 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing finance operations for a substantial $10+ billion portfolio of single-family rental homes and providing strategic recommendations for performance optimization. Prior to this role, Jack worked as a Senior Financial Analyst, developing advanced financial models to enhance forecasting accuracy in real estate investments, with a focus on REITs.
