Drew Flahive

Drew Flahive is President of Amherst Residential and leads Amherst’s initiative to design and implement debt and equity financing strategies for its rapidly growing single-family rental business.

Prior to joining Amherst, Drew most recently served as Managing Director and head of the real estate equity capital markets group at Goldman Sachs, where he’d been since 2004. While at Goldman, Drew led more than 150 transactions totaling more than $90 billion, including offerings for real estate investment trusts in the single-family rental sector.

Drew holds a BBA from Texas Christian University and is a CFA Charterholder.
