Richard Miller

Richard Miller, PhD, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at AMI Expeditionary Healthcare and is the CEO of RBM Global, LLC, which specializes in consulting and logistical support for homeland security and crisis management. Previous roles include Director and Associate Vice President for Research and Economic Development at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, Transition Manager at PAE, and various positions within the U.S. Department of Justice, including Acting Director of ICITAP and Program Manager focusing on law enforcement development in the Philippines. Richard's extensive law enforcement career began at the New Mexico State Police, where significant leadership roles were held. Richard holds a PhD in Organizational Learning & Instructional Technology from The University of New Mexico and a Master of Arts in Educational Management & Development from New Mexico State University.
