Sylwia Sobucka

Sylwia Sobucka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development, particularly in international markets. Currently serving as the Senior Sales and Business Development Manager for Overseas Markets at Amica Group since October 2018, Sylwia has also held roles such as International Sales Manager for Asia & Australia. Prior to this, Sylwia worked at The CDA Group Limited as Aftercare Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of 40 field-based engineers and enhancing business profitability through effective budgeting and performance evaluation. Sylwia's earlier experience at Amica Group involved various managerial roles, focusing on service management, cost control, and quality improvement across multiple regions. Sylwia holds a Master's degree in Quality and Ergonomics from Poznan University of Technology and additional education from the University of Auckland and Poznan University of Economics and Business.
