Patrik Florencio

Patrik Florencio serves as the Global Chief Risk, Ethics, and Compliance Officer at Amicus Therapeutics since August 2015, leading compliance and risk management initiatives within the biotechnology sector focused on rare diseases. Additionally, Patrik has been an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Business School since June 2019, teaching an MBA course on legal and regulatory issues in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior roles include Global Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at NPS Pharmaceuticals and VP, Chief Corporate Compliance Officer for North America at Sandoz. Patrik began their career as a Healthcare Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP and holds an LLB and BCL from McGill University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the same institution.
