Taina Virtanen

Taina Virtanen is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in improving processes and training within various organizations. Currently at Amilia since May 2022, Taina previously worked at Enkidoo AI from August 2018 to February 2022, where involvement in the development of DooSync facilitated a tenfold increase in the migration process capability. Earlier experience includes a role as a Trainer at Teleperformance from March 2016 to August 2018, focused on onboarding and training new hires across multiple campaigns in collaboration with operations and clients. Taina holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Lapland, obtained between 2009 and 2014.
