Laurie Wutzke has been in the customer service industry for over 15 years. Laurie began their career in 2006 as a Platinum Concierge for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Laurie then moved on to Millicorp in 2011 as a Customer Care Specialist. In 2015, Laurie joined FIS as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where they were responsible for call monitoring and keeping detailed spreadsheets of completed calls. In 2017, they began working at Vector Solutions as a Technical Support Specialist, where they were responsible for troubleshooting and testing customer issues. Currently, Laurie is a Sr. Technical Support Specialist at Amira Learning.
Laurie Wutzke is currently enrolled in St. Petersburg College, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree. Prior to this, they attended Brooks College from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA in Graphic Design.
