Aadarsh Kumar has worked in the field of recruitment since 2014. In 2014, they began their career as a Technical Recruiter at In-Time Infotech Inc. Aadarsh then moved to Next Level Business Services, Inc. in 2015, where they worked as a Technical Resource Specialist. In 2016, they joined OnSpot Serve as a Lead Technical Resource Specialist. In 2017, they moved to SoftNice as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for reviewing job descriptions, sourcing and uncovering candidates, and understanding technology and technical roles. In 2019, they joined WissenIT Group as a Team Lead Recruitment, and currently works as a Business Analyst - Intelligent Automation (IA), Lead Technical Recruiter, and Sr. Technical Recruiter at AMISEQ.
