Donna Macleish

As Amitech’s Vice President of People and Culture, Donna MacLeish, SHRM-CP, PHR, is responsible for supporting human resources and recruiting departments to attract, recruit, and retain top talent and brings over two decades of experience improving company talent and performance management programs, organizational design and development, enhancing communication throughout the company, and fostering a dynamic culture that enables employees to grow professionally and to mentor other employees to do the same.

Ms. MacLeish has held key leadership Human Resource positions in software/technology, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and staffing agencies and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Evangel University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from La Roche College. She has a Certified Professional (CP) from SHRM, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification from HRCI, and has been a member of SHRM for over 25 years.
