Rolly Enriquez possesses extensive experience in the RF/Microwave and electronic manufacturing sectors, having held various leadership roles across numerous prominent companies. Currently, Rolly serves as Operations Manager at AMKOM Design Group Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this, Rolly held positions including President at Asian Semiconductor Electronics Technologies Corporation, SVP/COO at CIRTEK ATS, and VP of Quality at REMEC Broadband Wireless. Rolly's career also includes roles as President and CEO of Pacific Spectrum Corporation, General Manager at both Celestica Laguna and Powerwave Technologies, Vice President of Operations at REMEC Manufacturing Philippines, and Director of Operations at REMEC Wireless Inc. Rolly began a career in quality management at REMEC Inc., accumulating a wealth of knowledge in operations and quality assurance in the defense and electronics sectors. Rolly holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Adamson University, obtained between 1973 and 1978.
