Lisa Pounds is the founder of Pounds Growth Consulting, which focuses on elevating lifestyle, health, and wellness CPG brands through comprehensive reviews and strategies. Lisa currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at AMMD and as a Strategic Advisor for Elastique Athletics and Vinglace, LLC. Lisa previously held roles such as Chief Growth Officer at HigherDOSE, where 250% sales growth was achieved, and Executive Vice President at Accelerate360, leading eCommerce client services for over 100 brand partnerships. As CEO of Celebrate Brands, LLC, Lisa managed multiple specialty healthy lifestyle brands, and as Founder and CEO of Green Plate Foods, emphasized the CPG model and omni-channel marketing. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Lisa earned a degree in Speech and Communication from The University of Texas at Austin.
