Michael Wilhelmer

Michael Wilhelmer is an experienced executive currently serving as President of the Business Area Conveyor Belting at AMMEGA since January 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held several key positions within AMMEGA, including COO and Operations Director for Synthetic Conveyors, following the merger of Ammeraal Beltech and Megadyne. From June 2016 to January 2019, Michael was the Business Unit Director for Synthetics and Chief Procurement Officer at Ammeraal Beltech, focusing on sustainable procurement and IT development. Michael's prior experience includes roles at ArcelorMittal, where responsibilities encompassed procurement and supply chain management across multiple regions and operations. Michael began the professional journey as a Management Accountant at BBC World Service Trust. Michael holds an SEMBA from London Business School and is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA).
