Stephanie Underwood

Stephanie Underwood is an Independent Executive Search Consultant since May 2023. Previously, they worked at AMN Healthcare as the Vice President of Executive and Physician Leadership Search since April 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at Phillips DiPisa from July 2017. Stephanie also served as a Senior Vice President at Tyler & Company from March 2007 to June 2017, after joining the firm as a Vice President in 2001. Before that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Longshore + Simmons from 1999 to 2001 and as a Research Associate (Recruiter) from 1994 to 1999.

Stephanie Underwood obtained a B.A. degree in Journalism, with a minor in English from Louisiana Tech University in 1982.
