Bryan Sommese has extensive work experience in the field of intellectual property. Bryan started their career as a Law Clerk at the National Institutes of Health-Office of Technology Transfer, where they drafted and negotiated commercial patent and biological materials licenses. Bryan also evaluated government employee invention disclosures and assessed patentability and marketability of invention disclosures. Following this, Bryan worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Law Clerk and then joined Lerner, David, Littenberg, Krumholz & Mentlik, LLP as an Intellectual Property Attorney.
