Edward Angelini

Edward Angelini has extensive work experience in the legal field, particularly in corporate transactions, healthcare, and life sciences. Edward currently works at Amneal Pharmaceuticals as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, M&A and Business Transactions. In this role, they manage a team of legal professionals, supports various transactional activities, advises the Board and executive management teams, and handles commercial contracting and pricing. Prior to their current position, they worked at SELLAS Life Sciences as the Associate General Counsel, Alliance Management, where they focused on licensing efforts in China and the E.U. and managed collaborations with Chinese pharma companies. Before that, they worked at Axiom as a Corporate Transactional, Healthcare and Life Sciences Lawyer. Additionally, they held the position of Head of Corporate Transactional Group - Associate General Counsel at Purdue Pharma L.P., where they worked from 2003 to 2018. Edward also gained experience as a Senior Counsel at GE Capital and as a Senior Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. Edward Angelini began their legal career as an Associate at Torys LLP and Murtha Cullina LLP.

Edward Angelini graduated cum laude from Amherst College with a BA in Political Science and English. Edward also obtained a JD from the Boston University School of Law. In addition, Edward is certified to practice law in Connecticut and New York.
