Charlene Dunstan

Charlene Dunstan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social service education and community engagement. Currently serving as a member of the Toronto District School Board Equity Policy Community Advisory Committee and co-chair of the GBC Anti-Racism Equity Advisory Committee at George Brown College, Dunstan is dedicated to addressing systemic issues related to anti-racism and cultural diversity. In addition to coordinating the Social Service Worker program and teaching various courses, Dunstan has held roles in international placements and supported the George Brown College Black Student Success Network. With a background in organizational coordination and program development at organizations like Amnesty International Canada, Bodyswaps, Sistering, WoodGreen Community Services, and Fred Victor, Dunstan continues to advocate for marginalized communities and enhance educational frameworks through innovative initiatives.
