Sylvie Brigot is a seasoned leader in the fields of humanitarian disarmament, human rights, and advocacy, currently serving as Directrice générale at Amnesty International France since March 2016. Prior to this role, Sylvie led the International Campaign to Ban Landmines-Cluster Munition Coalition as Executive Director from February 2011 to November 2014, where significant achievements included coordinating a successful merger of disarmament coalitions, securing substantial funding, and implementing strategic initiatives for survivor support. Sylvie's earlier tenure includes leadership at the International Campaign to Ban Landmines and advocacy roles at Handicap International. Educationally, Sylvie holds multiple degrees in International Relations, Development Cooperation, and Psychology from esteemed institutions including the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and EPG Ecole Parisienne de Gestalt.
