Stefan Frei is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and product management across various sectors, particularly in finance and technology. As the owner of Frei Projects since October 2018, Stefan provides external workforce support and interim management, specializing in analysis, conceptualization, implementation, and management coaching. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at amnis, Stefan previously held leadership roles at 21finance, overseeing the development of a multi-asset investment platform, and as COO at weePayment AG, where responsibilities included establishing a Fin-Tech start-up. Notable prior positions include Head of Product Management at Avaloq Sourcing and Managing Business Consultant at B-Source, where Stefan led significant projects and managed change initiatives.
