Rhys Campbell

Rhys Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade and a half. Rhys started their career at Chevron as a Contract .Net Developer and introduced various methodologies like Scrum, CI, TDD, and Build servers to improve project progress visibility and delivery quality. Rhys then worked as a Technical Lead at Societe Generale, leading cross-functional teams and delivering iterative solutions for the Alpha Single Dealer Platform project. Rhys joined INX Software as a Contract Developer before moving on to Cash Converters, where they played a crucial role in the company's IT transition to a cloud-based architecture and .Net projects. At BHP Billiton, they served as a Senior Software Developer. Rhys made significant contributions to PickStar as a Shareholder and Chief Nerd, focusing on technology and business development. Rhys also held leadership positions as a VP of Engineering at VGW and AMP. Currently, Rhys is a Strategic Advisor at ARB Interactive.
