Beth Dec

Beth Dec is currently the VP of People at AMP Robotics. Beth has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR Technology and Workforce Analytics.

Beth started their career in 2007 as the Director of HR Technology & Workforce Analytics at C&S Wholesale Grocers. In this role, they led the company's Workday implementation. Beth then spent five years at Symbotic as the Product Manager for Integration before joining GE Aviation in 2017 as the Executive for Workforce Enablement & Intelligence. At GE Aviation, Beth was responsible for leading HR Compliance, HR Operations, HR Technology, and People Analytics functions. Beth also served as the interim leader for Total Rewards during their time at GE Aviation.

In 2019, Beth left GE Aviation to join Vail Resorts as their VP of HR Shared Services & Talent Acquisition. Beth was responsible for leading both the HR Shared Services and Talent Acquisition teams, as well as Total Rewards on an interim basis. Beth left Vail Resorts in 2022 to join AMP Robotics as their VP of People.

Beth Dec has a BS in Biology and Society from Cornell University and a degree in Business from St. Paul's School. Beth is currently pursuing a Nutrition degree at Cornell University.

They are on a team with Jeff Tucker - Head of Sales, Gary Ashburner - General Manager, Europe, and Jeremy Neigher - Chief of Staff, VP. Beth Dec reports to Matanya Horowitz, Founder & CEO.
