Jed McDonald

Jed McDonald has a diverse background in corporate development, finance, and analysis. Jed is currently working as the Director of Corporate Development at AMP Robotics since 2023, where they previously held the position of Director of Finance from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, Jed worked at Uplight as part of their Financial Planning & Analysis team from 2019 to 2019. From 2015 to 2019, they served in various roles at Simple Energy, including Financial Planning & Analysis and Manager of Client Engagement. Before that, Jed was a Technology to Market Scholar at ARPA-E for a brief period in 2014. Jed also gained experience in business development at Beacon Hill Capital in 2012 and as an Investment Analyst at Forest Capital Partners from 2011 to 2012. Jed began their career in finance as an Investment Banking Analyst at both Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank and Lehman Brothers in 2008.

Jed McDonald earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College between 2004 and 2008. Jed later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, completing the program between 2013 and 2015.
