Victor is a serial entrepreneur who worked with several successful companies in their start-up phase, including Farms.com Risk Management, HISGRAIIN Commodities Inc., FIRSTBROTHERS Partners Inc., and now AmpaCash Corporation. He received an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada, and is also a Derivatives Specialist certified by the Canadian Securities Institute.

Victor has more than twenty-five years experience in derivatives trading and marketing. He has provided consulting services to clients across the United States and Canada in the commodity, renewable energy and life science sectors. His past clients include: Bayer Crop Science, RBC Dominion Securities, CIBC Trade Finance, Monsanto, Maple Leaf, Quality Meats, Greenfields Ethanol, Sylvite Fertilizer etc. He has several publications, and has given numerous presentations to groups across the USA and Canada. He is a much-sought-after speaker with recognized expertise in the area of marketing price risk and associated mitigation strategies.
