Lyubomir Aleksandriev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lyubomir started their career as a Technical Support Representative at Sixty K Ltd, where they provided technical support to SKY UK customers and identified sales opportunities. Lyubomir then worked at GTT as a Service Delivery Coordinator, managing small and mid-sized customer projects and coordinating the implementation and testing of solutions. After that, they joined DXC Technology as an Implementation Lead, where they led the onboarding of DXC accounts to a new service request management process. Following this, Lyubomir worked at E&G Bulgaria as a Retention Specialist, proactively contacting and assisting trading platform users to activate their accounts and providing expert advice on their investment portfolios. Lyubomir then joined Inforom as a Senior Consulting Specialist, helping companies expand internationally and attract top talent through executive search services. At Microsoft, Lyubomir held two roles: first as an Account Manager, managing a large portfolio of UK accounts and responding to RFPs, and later as a Senior Solutions Specialist - Support Services, managing high-value accounts and developing new business channels. Most recently, they worked at Payhawk as an Account Executive, prospecting and identifying opportunities within the SME segment and driving new business for their expense management SaaS offering. Currently, Lyubomir is working at AMPECO as a Solutions Consultant.

Lyubomir Aleksandriev has a background in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism from Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". Apart from their degree, they have obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, and the Microsoft Global Challenger certification.
