Diana Brazevica

Diana Brazevica is the Head of Customer Support at Ampere, where responsibilities include directing customer service activities, developing a comprehensive support strategy, and assisting other departments with customer-related issues. Previously, Diana served as a Customer Service Representative at Ampere, focusing on responding to customer inquiries and facilitating communication between clients and the product team. Prior experience includes teaching English at the Riga International Meridian School and working as a recruiter at iSYTC, where client communication and satisfaction were prioritized. Diana holds two Master's degrees in Education from Daugavpils Universitate and VIVES University of Applied Sciences, along with a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Daugavpils Universitate.
