Jerel Atkinson

Jerel Atkinson, CCP, is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as Director of Compensation at Ampere since July 2021. Prior to this role, Atkinson worked as a Compensation Consultant at WarnerMedia from August 2020 to June 2021 and held various positions at Intel Corporation from March 2001 to July 2020, including Compensation Manager and Senior Compensation Analyst. At Intel, Atkinson oversaw the design, implementation, and administration of compensation plans, leading teams and developing strategic analyses to enhance competitiveness. Atkinson holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor's degree in Family Science, both from Brigham Young University.
