Lasia Chen

Lasia Chen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people and culture management. Currently serving as Manager, People & Culture at Ampere since May 2021, Lasia has previously worked as HR Business Partner for APAC & ANZ at CPA Global and HR Business Partner for Greater China at SAP. With prior experience as Business Aligned HR at Juniper Networks, Lasia has developed a comprehensive understanding of HR dynamics across multiple regions. Educationally, Lasia holds an MBA in Business Administration from Tongji University, completed in September 2021.
