Rock Yan Xia

Rock Yan Xia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They started their career as an Application Engineer at TLSH in 2002 and worked there until 2005. In 2006, Rock joined Infosys as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for product engineering project development and delivery. They also served as a consultant at Cisco Systems for manufacturing tests development. Rock worked at Infosys until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Cisco Systems as an Engineer in Software Engineering. In 2013, Rock pursued an MS degree at Duke University and worked as an MS student until 2014. They then interned as a Graduate Software Intern at Cisco in 2014. From 2015 to 2020, Rock joined IBM as a Staff Engineer/Scientist. Currently, they are working at Ampere, starting as a Senior Staff Verification Engineer in 2020 and currently serving as a Principal Verification Engineer since August 2021.

Rock Yan Xia obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering from Duke University in 2013-2014. Prior to that, Rock completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) at Heilongjiang University from 1997-2001. In addition, Rock has obtained the IBM Virtual Collaborator certification from IBM in 2020.
