Amy Perrin has a diverse work experience with a focus on customer success and legal services. Amy currently works as a lead deployment consultant at Amperity, where they guide B2C companies through the implementation journey. Prior to this, they were a client success operations team lead and manager at Thomson Reuters, managing portfolios of SaaS clients to optimize their legal operations using technology. Amy has also worked as an attorney at various law firms, including Nold Muchinsky, David Smith, and Foster Pepper, where they focused on litigation and bankruptcy law. In addition, they have worked as an extern for Justice Gerry Alexander at the Washington State Supreme Court and as an academic mentor and tutor at Gonzaga University School of Law. Earlier in their career, they worked as a student computer lab and help phones consultant at Washington State University, a business development intern at Battelle, and a United States government tutor at Northwest Missouri State University.
Amy Perrin received their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington State University in 2007 after completing their studies there from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Northwest Missouri State University from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Political Science. Amy then attained their J.D. in Law from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2010.
