Shane A. Plossu is an experienced professional who has held various roles in account management, customer success, and project management. Shane A. started their professional career as a Financial Advisor in Ameriprise in 2003. Shane A. worked in Omnicom Group - DDB as a Project Manager and coordinated project execution with internal and direct client departments for clients such as Holland America, Safeco, and Drugstore.com in 2004-2006. Later, they joined Omnicom Group - Innovyx, Inc. in 2006, where they held various positions including Account Executive, Account Supervisor, Management Supervisor, and Account Director. Shane also served as a Board Member in Pacific Northwest Ballet's Backstage Pass.

Shane A. Plossu completed their high school education in 1996 from Santa Fe Preparatory School. Shane A. then attended Seattle University from 1996 to 2002, where they earned a BABA, BA degree with a focus on Finance, French, and International Business. In 2006, they obtained a Master's Certificate in Marketing from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
