Bugra Karaca

Bugra Karaca has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Bugra is currently working as an Engineering Lead at Ampero by BayWa r.e. since June 2023. Prior to this, Bugra was an Engineering Lead at Gorillas from October 2021 to June 2023, and also held a temporary role as a Senior Software Engineer at Gorillas from August to September 2021. Before joining Gorillas, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cargonexx GmbH from June 2020 to July 2021. Bugra's earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at FREE NOW (formerly mytaxi) from August 2017 to May 2020, and as a Software Developer at Fraunhofer IPT from August 2013 to August 2015. Bugra started their career as an Intern at IsBank GmbH in May 2011.

Bugra Karaca obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering from Ege University between 2007 and 2012. Bugra then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Informatik at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen from 2010 to 2011. To further their education, Bugra completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Software Systems Engineering at RWTH Aachen University from 2012 to 2017.
