Kalpana Narayanaswamy

Kalpana Narayanaswamy is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and product management. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Amperon since July 2023, Kalpana previously co-founded Zeitworks and held the position of CTO from October 2020 to July 2023, specializing in data and AI solutions for business process optimization. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering at Uplight and EnergySavvy, where efforts focused on integration, due diligence, and customer engagement platforms for energy efficiency. Kalpana also held senior engineering positions at Doyenz, SynerG Software, and Attachmate, contributing to disaster recovery solutions, unified user interfaces, and software development across diverse technologies. Kalpana holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington.
