Fleur Bennett

Fleur Bennett is the Head of People Experience at Ampion, a technology services provider delivering a new level of specialisation at scale. Fleur has over 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on people experience, talent acquisition, and employee development.

Prior to joining Ampion, Fleur was the Head of People Experience at Shelde, an integrated digital, security and data analytics partner. At Shelde, Fleur was responsible for ensuring that the experience employees had was unique, meaningful, and that the work environment was safe for all employees. Fleur was also responsible for managing the Graduate Recruitment Process and the Internship Program.

Before their time at Shelde, Fleur worked at Adecco Australia as the Adecco Group Graduate & Internship Program Manager, People & Culture Advisor, and People & Culture Coordinator. In these roles, Fleur was responsible for managing the recruitment process for graduates and interns, placing graduates into permanent roles, and promoting the program externally to universities.

Fleur holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Monash University.

Fleur Bennett has a certificate in human resources management from AHRI and a bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Western Sydney. Fleur also has education from Kambala and Ascham.
