Courtney Ballard

Courtney Ballard-Guidry serves as the Strategic Sourcing Manager and Community Outreach Coordinator at Ampirical, where responsibilities include the development and management of the Supplier Diversity Program and the creation of a subcontractor and vendor database to enhance the utilization of qualified companies across the United States. Prior to joining Ampirical in December 2020, Courtney held various sales roles including Corporate Sales at Superior Supply & Steel and Account Manager positions at SMI Companies and Xtreme Fabrication LLC. Additional experience includes sales roles at Process Piping Materials, Nations Rent, National Electric Motor & Supply, and inside sales at FVF, The Shaw Group. Courtney holds a degree from Southeastern Louisiana University, earned between 1992 and 1995.
