Gricel Oropeza

Gricel Oropeza is an experienced nutrition professional with a background in nutrition education and management. Currently serving as a Degreed Nutritionist at Ampla Health since November 2021, Gricel previously held the position of WIC Degreed Nutritionist at Community Resource Project, Inc. from June 2020 to November 2021. Prior roles include Interim Product Development and Training Manager at the California Restaurant Association, where responsibilities encompassed training facilitation and logistical support, as well as Substitute Test Proctor and Office Administrator at MES, Inc. Gricel's career began at the Center for Healthy Communities as a Community Nutrition Assistant II, where leadership and education skills were applied in bilingual settings. Gricel holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from California State University, Chico, earned in 2014.
