Abby Martin

Abby Martin serves as the Managing Partner and CHRO at Amplēo since April 2023, where the company facilitates access to fractional experts in finance, HR, and marketing for various businesses. Prior to this role, Abby held several prominent positions including SVP of People Operations at Zefr from 2022 to March 2023, CHRO at Aktify from November 2021 to March 2022, and various HR roles at Google from 2009 to 2021, culminating as HR Strategy and Operations Lead. Earlier in the career, Abby worked as a Legal Assistant for Delphi Ventures, Blackbaud, and Centex Homes. Abby holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Auburn University.
