Prabir Talati is a seasoned finance and investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and advisory roles. As the Founder of Inflexion Advisers since January 2020, Prabir has provided strategic advice to clients across various sectors including technology, petrochemicals, and healthcare. Currently, Prabir serves as a Board Member and Group Adviser at Golden Ratio Funds Private Limited and as an Advisor at Amplicomm Solutions Private Limited. Prabir's previous experience includes significant roles at SLK Global Solutions, Wingspan Funds, Actis, and Ambit Corporate Finance, where responsibilities ranged from transaction advising to portfolio management, leading numerous successful investments in growth markets. Prabir holds an ACA in Accounting and Tax from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B.Com. in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
