Diana Caldwell

Diana Caldwell has an extensive work experience in the life sciences industry. Diana is currently the President and CEO of Amplified Sciences, Inc., a startup life science diagnostics company focused on accurately detecting and pre-empting the risks of debilitating diseases. Diana also serves as a Board Member for Genezen Laboratories, and is an Investor Member of VisionTech Partners | VisionTech Angels.

Previously, Diana founded Pensar Ideas in 2009 and recently re-instated the company in 2018, where they provide business consultancy services for biopharma and medical device companies. Diana also serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for the Business of Life Sciences at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, the Board of Directors for Indiana Health Industry Forum, the Board of Directors for the Foundation of The Arc of Indiana, and the Board of Directors for the Fund for Hoosier Excellence. Additionally, they are a member of the Lacy School of Business Board of Directors at Butler University and an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Purdue Research Foundation.

Diana Caldwell obtained their MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 1988 and 1990. Diana obtained their BA in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington between 1985 and 1988. Additionally, they attended North Central High School from 1982 to 1985.
