Maxim Saksonov has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Medical Translator for Freelancer. In 2009, they worked as an Assistant Physician at Soroka University Medical Center. In 2010, they were a Medical Analyst for Oncointegrative and a Lecturer for Human Anatomy and Physiology at Wingate Institute. In 2012, they were an Attending Physician and Radiology Resident at Rabin Belinson Medical Center. In 2015, they were Co Founder and VP Product at AMBROLIA. In 2018, they were CEO and Medical Director at Persona Modern Art of Aesthetics. From 2019-2020, they were Chief of Interventional Radiology Service at Samson Assuta Ashdod University Hospital and Vice President at Angio Center Israel. Currently, they are Vice President of Business Development at Amplifier AI.

Maxim Saksonov obtained their MD from Kauno Medicinos Universitetas in 2010. Maxim then went on to receive their Doctor of Medicine certification from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences in June 2010. In 2015, they completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA with a focus in Medical/Health Management and entrepreneurship from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2016.
