Fulvia Fiaschetti

Fulvia Fiaschetti has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 with Pirelli as a Recruiting-HR specialist. In 2008, they worked at Versace as a Plant Recruitment Specialist and later at Tetra Pak as a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Novartis, where they held several roles including HR Business Partner, Talent Management Head for the Oncology Region Europe, and Talent Management & Organizational Development Manager. Since 2018, they have been working at Amplifon, first as Global Head of Talent Acquisition, then as Global Functions Sr. HRBP, and currently as HR Director.

Fulvia Fiaschetti completed their Master of Science in Organization and Human Resources Management at SDA Bocconi in 2007. Prior to that, they studied Work and Organizational Psychology at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2003 to 2005. Fulvia also completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Fulvia attended Quartz Hill High School in California, USA from 1998 to 1999.
