Alaina T. is an experienced educator with a robust background in curriculum development and professional learning facilitation. Currently serving as Lead Curriculum Developer at Amplify since August 2022, Alaina has previously held roles including Professional Learning Facilitator at Teaching Lab and Math Professional Learning Facilitator at the National Summer School Initiative. With experience as a Mathematics Instructor at Catapult Learning and a Fourth Grade Mathematics Teacher at Mastery Schools, Alaina has consistently demonstrated the ability to enhance student achievement through innovative instructional strategies and collaborative professional development. Alaina's tenure as Mathematics Content Leader and Instructional Coach at Independence Mission Schools further highlighted a dedication to improving teaching practices and student outcomes. Alaina began the career as an Autism Classroom Technical Support and has a Bachelor of Science in Child and Early Adolescent Education from Penn State University.
