Christopher Serrano

Christopher Serrano is an experienced Engineering Manager currently leading teams at Amplify and DreamBox since November 2024 and August 2020, respectively. Adept at managing cross-functional agile teams of up to 20 developers, Christopher collaborates closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and UX Designers to ensure the successful delivery of quality features. Prior experience includes guiding a 23-member team at Discovery Education through an acquisition process and overseeing significant projects at Ticketmaster, where Christopher held roles from Senior Software Engineer II to Manager of Software Engineering, focusing on the TM1 Reports application suite. Earlier experience as a Systems Engineer Specialist at IBM involved providing technical support for IBM FileNet’s P8 product line. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a Math minor from Loyola Marymount University.
