Will Sami is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Amplify-Now since October 2023. Previously, Will worked at PwC as a Portfolio Lead, where responsibilities included leading a team for project assurance services and enhancing account revenue opportunities. Will's consultancy experience at Beegin involved assisting various businesses with startup launches and product introductions. As Business Development & Program Manager at Process Technology, Will mentored a diverse team and established effective systems and processes. Earlier, Will held multiple roles at Vodafone, starting as a Project Engineer and advancing to management positions, including a special assignment by Vodafone Group for network launch management. Will holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategic Management from The German University in Cairo and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University.
